During his 5 years in the legislature, Rep. Fischer has focused on issues related to the long-term sustainability of Colorado’s economy and environment, such as water supply and water quality, natural resource conservation, renewable energy, and an efficient 21st-century multimodal transportation system. He has also championed educational issues, including early childhood, K-12, and higher education.
